There is Truly no separation between the different elements of dimensional reality and between ALL of YOU actually. So the question is not, "Why did I notice this at this time?", but why do I not notice it ALL of THE TIME? :-) Do you see? It is there ALL of the TIME. You are just not consciously aware of it. YET :-) So congratulate yourself on the fine job that you are doing on waking up to ALL OF YOU. Once you understand who you TRULY ARE, there will be no more need for tears, no more reason to be frightened. You will have Arrived Home, and will be De-lighted to share what you have learned with Others. So celebrate your unfolding of YOU dearheart. It is a wonderdous journey home.
