There has been a bit of disassociation, like fragmented parts of you that you've left in your past. It’s like you are not all here. And that is what happens when we have feelings of regret or feelings of fear over events of the past - anything like that, when we haven’t made peace with our past. It’s kind of like we are segregated out and we don't put it in our luggage. So it's like, I don't really want to look at that picture of my photo album because that wasn't a good day or that kind of thing.
But the problem is that it's all you, so it’s about understanding that even when you have something, “bad”, on the flip side of it is, “good”, so they’re saying it’s like the Chinese symbol that the Chinese use for crisis, it is also the same symbol for opportunity. So there is always a silver lining you know. Even in someone like Hitler it was bad, but it also opened everybody up to the need for Compassion and Love.
So what they’re saying is everything has a dual purpose. So that it's very important for you to embrace all of it, and they're saying this goes for all the group members. Because they want to take advantage of our group time here to help all of us. So they want all of us to begin to reintegrate all of our energy that has been spread out throughout this lifetime. All your different parts of your life, you know, when you were a child, when you were single, when you dated what you deemed “the wrong person", when you are married, and so forth, when you did this in life, whatever it was and to embrace all of it. Don’t deny any of that. Don't feel remorseful about any of it. Don't feel bad about any of it, understand that it all lead you to who you are today and so by owning all of it, without fear, without feeling any negativity, what you do is you transmute the pain, and to retain the love, for you to only be left with love. And they say at the end of the day when we have our life review, we will see that it's only the love that matters. And it is only the love that remains. And they say you don't need to wait for life review to do that. They say do it now. Clean out your garbage. Clean the misconception that you're not entitled to forgiveness along the way
What they're trying to help you do is to integrate all of you, so that you bring all of your soul energy back to the present for your use. So they’re saying the flashbacks are coming up to be released and healed and it is perfect. You are re-integrating you. All had purpose. And now it is time for healing and re-integrating of self so that All of you, all of your power, all of your strength, all of your energy is present and available for your use now.
